The Healing There are some that believe there is just one condition that effects the human body/mind, and that is dis-ease. There can be many names, but ultimatly the fault lies in dis-ease of some part(s) of the body. But, the good news is that the more at ease the body/mind is, the less in dis-ease it is. That must be true. Relaxation is a powerful tool available to us all, in some degree. The more relaxed we can become, the more at peace, the more at ease, the less pain, the less worry, the less anxiety we feel. Sure, we can take drugs to offer a similar experience, but knowing that relaxing music has the power to take a person that using the 1 to 10 pain level test rates their pain as being a number 8 (10 being the very worst pain they can imagine) to a 5!!!! without drugs!!! Then surely the power of relaxing music needs to be looked at more often, in hospitals, not only to reduce costs, supplying expensive drugs, I hope you can hear my passion in what I am saying. Very often the answer is NOT in a product that comes with side effects! Whether you want to aid your relaxation, massage, tai chi, meditation, induce sleep, distract yourself in a positive way, give your mind/body a precious gift, etc etc etc relaxation music should be a part of everyone's life. I deeply, more than anything in the world, wish to help with this goal, to offer help in relaxation, this world is so fast, so busy looking out for tomorrow, that right now is overlooked. Take right now to relax. My music to date has been born out of many experiences I have had, whether to actual events, or to strong feelings about situations, my health over the years as been an in and out of depression and anxiety experience. BUT, This piece, "The Healing" is different. I am now very much at peace, and wish to deepen this more and more, I have found meditation is something that for me is an excellent use of time, In fact, to write The Healing, I quietly meditated for around an hour or two, then whilst in a sublime feeling of peace I sat at my piano and played this piece. I feel it is a forward step on in my song writing, there are no deep lows in this piece, there are no emotional rollecoasters, but instead, a peaceful journey, using the most beautiful piano sound used by Alicia Keys. I offer you "The Healing" 55 minutes of soothing piano, with embedded alpha binaural tones (Google brainwave entrainment) which with the use of headphones may maximise the relaxed state.
